Mohamed El Nokaly is RSC Senior Advisor on International Relations, with a major expertise on conflict mediation and state building in Northern Africa, the Middle-East and South-Saharan countries. In his 35-year long diplomatic career, he has been Ambassador of Egypt to Libya, during the 2011 revolution, and then Togo. Prior, he served in Sudan as Charge d’Affaires, Benghazi as Consul General and Kuwait as Deputy Chief of Mission during the Iraqi invasion in August 1990. He also held assignments in Italy, Germany, Finland, Benin, and was in charge of bilateral relations between Egypt and African countrie at the office of Minister of State Dr. Boutros Ghali. Currently, Amb. El Nokaly is a member of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs, and Visiting Professor at the London Academy of Diplomacy and at the French University in Egypt. Regular speaker in major forums and conferences, he is commentator on regional affairs for the First Egyptian Chanel and the French channel of Nile TV.
